SQL Injection Cheat Sheets Updated

I had some really detailed feedback from Bernardo Damele A. G. on the SQL Injection Cheat Sheets.  I’ve just finished updating the cheat sheets for MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL and PostgreSQL .
